Who is responsible

GeoJSON EUDR Fixer is operated by Terra Scientia SpA, RUT 78.217.249-2, Chile. Write to contacto@geojsonfixer.app about anything on this page.

Your file

• What we do with it. We open it, run the EUDR checks against it, repair what can be repaired, and hand it back.
• How long we keep it. The free diagnosis holds it only while the page is answering. A paid repair holds it until 15 minutes after you first download the repaired file — time to try again if the download fails — and never more than 72 hours.
• Who can read it. No person. The checks and the repair run with no human in the loop, and the file is never shared or used to train anything.
• The one exception is yours to make. If you ask for a human audit and tick the consent box for that file, a named engineer reads it. We keep it for the case and delete it 30 days after the case closes.

What we may keep are facts that cannot rebuild your plot: its area, which checks passed or failed, the number of features, the file's size and format, and when it happened. We never keep coordinates, geometry, producer names, or anything else written in your file.

Your account

You sign in before a file is checked, with Google or with your email — a link, or a password. The sign-in runs on Supabase, in our project hosted in São Paulo. It keeps your email address and, if you use Google, the name and picture Google shares with us. A password is stored by Supabase as a hash; we never see it.

Our own service copies none of this. It checks your sign-in on each request and writes nothing about you. Your account opens no orders: each order opens only from its own private link.

Deleting it. Write to contacto@geojsonfixer.app from the address you signed in with, and we delete the account within 30 days. We do not delete accounts on our own for being unused.

Your browser keeps the sign-in session in its local storage until you sign out. We set no advertising or analytics cookies.

When you pay

You pay on PayPal's own page; card details never reach us. PayPal tells us the payer's email, which we keep with the order to deliver it and to reach you if something goes wrong. The Chilean tax document for the purchase is kept for as long as Chilean law requires; it contains no plot geometry. Your order's private link works for 30 days.

Who else handles data

• Cloudflare runs the site.
• Supabase hosts our database and the sign-in, in São Paulo.
• Resend sends the sign-in and confirmation emails.
• PayPal takes the payment.
• Google signs you in, only if you choose to continue with Google.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to contacto@geojsonfixer.app.
